A Fresh New Start

I started college just a few short weeks ago, but it already feels like it's been forever. I love that. I am enjoying my classes for the most part, and getting super involved. (Like, i'm already in 5 clubs with a full courseload) type involved. AND I am meeting people and making friends. I love it though. :)

I'm really looking at college as a fresh new start. My senior year was filled with a lot of hurt, pain, mistrust, and lots of other awful stuff. Although it's still going to take me awhile to really heal and move on, coming here is the beginning. I think and hope that it'll be just what I need.

This blog has undergone a few changes. I finally think the layout is what I want, and am pretty happy with my "cute as a cupcake" color scheme. :) I have so many plans for this blog as well. It's my place to share what's going on in my life as far as school, friends, college, and of course, guys are concerned. But I also have tons of ideas for crafy cutiebug related items that I can't wait to share as I get more followers. I'm thinking giveaways, featured shops, blah, blah, blah. And of course, I won't be holding myself to just what I mentioned above. I'm a free spirit and I'll write what I wanna write. Take that!! :)

For now, I'll be going. Already I think my weekend is off to a great start. Woke up to sales on etsy, my classes weren't too horrible, and I had an AMAZING evening with some people I already really like. But now it's time for bed, and hopefully sweet dreams at that. :)

  2. Hi, just saw your post in the Etsy forums! I totally understand this post, I just graduated with my BSc but I just finished my first week of vet school, so it's still nervewracking with all the new people, rooms, etc! It sounds like you're having an awesome time, I found that the more involved I was during my undergrad the happier I was (to a point of course - I didn't want to neglect my studies!).

Anyway, looking forward to reading more!
